1) Boil some water in the pot and put
some bean sprouts in the boiling water for approximately 30 seconds
and then remove.
2) When the water completely boils then
add noodles. Let the noodles cook for 3 or 5 minutes and then drain
and rinse under cold water.
3) Take a small bowl, beat the eggs and
add one spoon salt in it.
4) Take another small bowl, stir
together lime juice, ketchup, brown sugar and fish sauce. Get aside
for later use.
5) Heat the peanut oil on the gas
burner. Add garlic and let it for few seconds.
6) When all the eggs have set, pour in
the sauce mixture, bean sprouts, noodles, green onions and toss
together.
7) For tasty flavor , you can also add
lemon juice before serving it.
